To ensure that your water is safe for you and your family, we offer well water testing for Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite and Bacteria. The results will get sent to a Ohio EPA certified lab for testing. Some FHA, VA and U.S.D.A Lenders require this testing.
The inspector will look at the interior and exterior areas of your home, checking for visible signs of a WDO activity, (old or present) which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood.
